Dinner With Ajay's family



After coming to Minneapolis everybody is showing lots of care and love to us, which feels good when you are away from your home country, friends and all.. If somebody shows some love and kindness, you feel very touched. Ajay is kapilji's labmate. He lives with his wife and daughter Shefali.. she is of the same age of kshreyu.. They invited us for dinner today, and we went there. Usually shefali and kshreyu seemed happy together always, but today when we reached their home, we realized the same thing which parents feel of two same age kids... yes.. they both wanted the same toy.. We took princess ball for shefali and she was playing with it, suddenly kshreyu also showed interest in the same ball. They had some more balls, but they both were interested in the same ball...Then she had a kind of walker,and both of them wanted that at same time... And it was fun for the parents to watch them.After all this, we feeded kshreyu " kichadi" made by meenu ( Ajay's wife ). And kshreyu ate all the khichadi, at home she take it with so much nautanki... but I was happy that she took dinner, now it was our turn to dine, but it was hard to kept both kids busy. i put kshreyu in swing, and she stayed there for some time and we took dinner somehow... both the kids were busy with the coke cans, ofcourse it was empty... but kids are far smarter than we think... they soon realize that parents are making them fool.. ha ha ha ...Dinner was wonderful... we enjoyed eating food...Then, kshreyu was getting irritated with her cloths, may be it was so hot today, so kapilji brought her night dress, and I changed her.. Kshreyu was happy after changing cloths... and after that she was playing in the kitchen area, crawling crawling and more crawling... It was a wonderful evening with them....



Thanks Ajay and Meenu for inviting us for the Dinner and Shefali, thankyou for being so nice with kshreyu... Love u beta.. !!!

Ye Mera Lehnga....

O My god, how pretty she was looking today in that Lehnga, really. Divya had made that lehnga for kshreya on Dussehra, but by that time kshreyu had not learned to sit properly. I was just thinking of that Effort of Divya nd thought of trying it once again today.. And kshreya was just looking Awesome... she stood with the support of glass sliding door of our living room. And when she got tired, she sat down. Her feet was in different position that it was looking so pretty as if she is giving some poses for the best shots. I took lots of pictures and she was enjoying that. She was holdinh her lahnga and pulling it up to hold the ball she had on her lahenga.. and looking so cute.. No doubt, she didn't look at the camera as she was busy playing with her toys, but never mind, atleast she is sitting quite and she could let me do my work. Davis Island..

We were just lazy today, got up late and playing with Pari..Then Prajit called up at 1:30 PM and asked for Davis Island. We had no such plans for the day so we got ready. We started at 4:00 PM. It was windy weather today too, we went with Shraddha, Prajit and Divya. Arun was not there, as he went to attend some conference out of state. We just chatted out there. It was not green as earlier. Grass was dry and pale, shortcoming of water...but we had our entertainer with us... ofcourse kshreyu... little bit time pass with her... after one and a half hour we thought of going back.. Prajit had also some work in the lab, so we started from there. We went to hillsborough for the vegetables, took that.. Divya was with us. We got afraid of kshreyu's eczema, it was spreading on her forehead too. so wanted to buy some ointment for her, Vitamin shoppee was closed, In CVS, the cream was costly, and in walmart it was out of stock... Bad luck... We will buy it tommorrow for sure.. I can't...
