All About Kshreya..

After entering Minneapolis, this was the family refreshing time together. Kshreyu loves to be in the park or playground, so we decided to go to Anthony park ( Como Avenue). It was close to our place too. before going there we didn't know that there is fun fair there. We all got excited with the kids and people enjoying there. We didn't took any ride, as she is young for that. She could only take trian ride. May be next time she will have that. Lovvena also accompanied us and we took lots of pictures.. It was sunny today so we got thirsty and daddy went to take coke for us and we i.e me and lovvena were trying to feed kshreyu, but we failed. Then kshreyu took stand with the support of grills and was watching kids having car ride... she was getting up and down watching all this. She was nodding her head on music, and she was looking cute while doing this. It was really enjoyable for her and for us too...

Kapilji has got new post doctorate in University Of Minnesota, Minneapolis. And we couldn't sleep the whole night on 19th May 2009, as we were busy in cleaning and vaccating the house. We had flight early in the morning at 8:30 A.M. So we Prajit and shraddha came at aroung 6:00 A.M. to drop us to the Tampa Airport. kshreyu also got up early and I dressed her. They dropped us to the airport and we checked in and flight was almost on time. But while waiting for the flight, pari was playing on the kids playground area. She was not so excited as maybe she was sleepy too. We took flight for Chicago as it was the we had one stop flight at chicago. The good thing was that kshreyu was alright instead happy in the flight... We were scared that it was her first flying experience , but it all went well. We reached chicago at around 10:30 A.M. And kshreyu were getting irritated in the stroller, she just wanted to be held. And after so much attempts of keeping her in the stroller, I held her. B...

It was a year ago today that you entered our lives -- and what a wonderful year it has been! Every day has been an exciting new adventure. We can't wait to see what year two will bring. We love you very much! Mom and Dad

Kshreyu's b'day is on 19th May, but we are moving to minneapolis on 2oth May, so decided to celebrate it on weekend that is 17th may 2009. We've added the first batch of pictures from Kshreyu's birthday party to the album , but there will be more to come. We'll make another post as soon as the new ones are added. Today, we have our 12th love anniversary, and we are far from each other by distance.. ofcourse he is in my heart and mind always, but i missed him today a lot. In the evening, i was feeling very lonely and nupur called up that they want to come home to meet kshreya. They came, so i felt good , after 4 minutes divya and padmini came to stay overnight with me. Nupur and sumit were about to leave , then came the surprise to me, shraddha and prajit came with roses.. O My God !! kapilji had told them beforehand for the roses on our anniversary.. I felt so touched.. Thankyou Kapilji for the lovely roses.. I wish, you would have gifted that to me... But still i could feel you. Kshreyu was happy with all the people in her home. She interacts a lot with others now. She speaks in her own language. She does Peek-a- boo on her own... but she is missing her daddy a lot....

Its really hard day for us.. kapilji has got job in minneapolis, MN and left today with Lucasz by car. I don't know how would they drive as we are in south and they have to go up north.. yesterday was a hectic day for all of us, packing, packing and packing. Its hard to move from one place to another, but we had no other choice. They started at around 3:00 PM today and will drive in the night too. I wish them safe driving. Lets see, how would I spend these long 10 days without him. Kshreyu was also missing him in the evening. But divya came in the night, so i got a sigh of relief.

We took kshreya today to the peditrician as we wanted a well baby check-up before leaving Florida. Kshreya was as usual happy baby, she weighed 20.95, its good that she is gaining weight. They didn't measure the height today or probably there was no need for that. We talked about egg allergy and when we should again go for iron test. Doctor Kwisa Davis told that they would again take the blood sample at labcorp and check for anemia and food allergy. And it is neccessary before taking 1 year shots. ( 1 year shot has some egg relation, so they need to check for the allergy first ). They gave us the appointment for Labcorp and told us to walk-in as soon as possible. And for 1 year shots, we have appointment on 19th May at 2:00 PM. O Gosh ! she has b'day party that day, but no choice, these shots are necessary before taking flight. Kapilji and me decided to go to labcorp today only, so from clinic we straight away went to labcorp, it close by. We had to wait for 30 minutes. They to...

We were invited for a casual dinner at padmini's place today, actually her husband is in india right now , but we didn't know that. So when we reached her place we got to know that she is staying alone. Padmini is Kapilji's labmate, and ofcourse our good friend. She made lots of food, i don't know how could she prepare lots of stuff. Divya and arun was also there... and kshreyu was a bit shy in the start, but gradually, she started doing her own things. She was doing Peek-a-boo with padmini, and with divya she always play... So kshreyu was comfortable with them.. but i don't know why she cries when somebody wants to pick her up... I hope she will outgrow of this habbit soon...before taking dinner, we wanted to fed her, so the same thing happened, unless and until we didn't start her video, she didn't eat.. then we showed her videos to her and she ate her food... Then we took dinner with other friends and came back to our house... we called prajit and shradd...
