Trip to Miami and Bahamas..

This is the first time Kshreyu is with us on the New Year. As decided, we wanted to take a break from our busy schedules and guess what, we are in Miami. Divya and Arun accompanied us on this trip. We started yesterday from home early morning at 5:15 A.M. Sorry kshreyu to disturb your sleep. At around 10:30 A.M we all reached Miami and we all went straight away to Seaquarium. It was okay and not upto the mark as we thought. Then in the late afternoon we reached our Booked Hotel "La Quinta". Then suddenly I found that I have misplaced my white bag somewhere in the Seaquarium. Nothing was much important then Kapilji's phone in it. I got very upset. We both somehow tried to escape from that thought and decided to go to downtown to watch the New Year's Fireworks, but we had bad luck that day I guess.. Kshreyu was so irritated with the noise or probably she was tired, and everything was getting worse with her. We came back to the parking lot with so much frustration that our little girl is not well and we can't do anything. We tried every possible effort to calm her,I nursed her and she somehow slept on my lap. We both took a sigh of relief. Really, Nothing is much important than Kids... we came back hotel at around 1:30 PM.
managed with us.. ha ha ..That was good enough. We all came back happily to hotel after that. Next day that is on 2nd january 2009, we had to board the cruise for 2 nights. So we check out from the hotel in the morning and went to downtown first, we had the Duck Tour.. it was great, we all enjoyed, kshreyu too... then we went to children museum, that was also great.. we enjoyed that too. Then we thought of reaching Fort Lauderdale , so that we could reach on time. We had the rental car which we had to drop off at the airport first. we did the same way, but we were getting late, so immidiately we took the cab and placed everything in it. But, when we reached Port evergaldes, from where we had to board the Cruise, we realized that we left the Camcorder bag inside the cab. That was the moment I shattered. And franklyOn the 1st, we tried call at Seaquarium and we got the message that they have the bag in Lost and found department, and we were very happy on that. After breakfast we reached there and got our bag, again we went to downtown for the South Beach, but we couldn't found it and was just searching for that.... so BAAADDD.... we went to Science museum, which i didnt like much. In the evening we went to Fort Lauderdale for the Dinner at "MAI-KAI". actually we got that dinner complimentary with the Go-Miami 3 day pass. We managed with Kshreya, and she speaking it was a BIG blunder.. the bag had our camcorder, camera, hard drive.. the whole bag was worth $ 1200. That was our carelessness or more careful for kshreya attitude, don't know... but that thing just ruined our whole mood on cruise. We didn't enjoy from heart. On 3rd january we were at Nassau, Bahamas.. we roamed there with divya and arun. Then on 4th, we were again in Miami. We took the rental car from the airposrt again and started towards home. We stopped at North beach in Miami for sometime and ate something at SUBWAY in between. we reached home at around 8:00 PM. Not much i recall about the trip. That is all i want to jot down. I would never forget that trip with so much bad experiences.
Kshreya was happy all the time on cruise, and we were happy to see her happy. We took this trip just to relax ourselves but just the opposite happened. Anywez, I didnt find time on the early days of new year to post so I summerized the total events here...
We lost our handycam and camera, so we lost all the pictures, but divya too some pics which i have. Thanks Divya for being always there with us all the time...

Ye Mera Lehnga....

O My god, how pretty she was looking today in that Lehnga, really. Divya had made that lehnga for kshreya on Dussehra, but by that time kshreyu had not learned to sit properly. I was just thinking of that Effort of Divya nd thought of trying it once again today.. And kshreya was just looking Awesome... she stood with the support of glass sliding door of our living room. And when she got tired, she sat down. Her feet was in different position that it was looking so pretty as if she is giving some poses for the best shots. I took lots of pictures and she was enjoying that. She was holdinh her lahnga and pulling it up to hold the ball she had on her lahenga.. and looking so cute.. No doubt, she didn't look at the camera as she was busy playing with her toys, but never mind, atleast she is sitting quite and she could let me do my work. Davis Island..

We were just lazy today, got up late and playing with Pari..Then Prajit called up at 1:30 PM and asked for Davis Island. We had no such plans for the day so we got ready. We started at 4:00 PM. It was windy weather today too, we went with Shraddha, Prajit and Divya. Arun was not there, as he went to attend some conference out of state. We just chatted out there. It was not green as earlier. Grass was dry and pale, shortcoming of water...but we had our entertainer with us... ofcourse kshreyu... little bit time pass with her... after one and a half hour we thought of going back.. Prajit had also some work in the lab, so we started from there. We went to hillsborough for the vegetables, took that.. Divya was with us. We got afraid of kshreyu's eczema, it was spreading on her forehead too. so wanted to buy some ointment for her, Vitamin shoppee was closed, In CVS, the cream was costly, and in walmart it was out of stock... Bad luck... We will buy it tommorrow for sure.. I can't...
